Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our welding services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Outlaws Mobile Welding ("we," "us," "our") for welding services in Saskatchewan, you ("client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Outlaws Mobile Welding provides mobile welding services including but not limited to:
- On-site mobile welding for farms, construction sites, and industrial facilities
- Custom metal fabrication
- Equipment repairs and maintenance
- Emergency welding services
- Structural welding and modifications
All work is performed by a certified Red Seal journeyperson welder in accordance with applicable Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards and Saskatchewan regulations.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our standard rates are as follows:
- Local (Moose Jaw): $125/hour
- 20-60 km radius: $155/hour
- Over 60 km: $155/hour plus $1.25/km mileage
- Overnight/LOA: Approximately $125 per day for jobs requiring overnight stays (covers accommodation and related expenses)
Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed during the quoting process. Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, e-transfer, and credit card. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are provided based on information supplied by the client. Final costs may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise. We will communicate any significant cost changes before proceeding with additional work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the job requirements and site conditions
- Ensuring safe access to the work site
- Removing or securing flammable materials and hazards in the work area
- Providing power sources when available (or notifying us in advance if power is unavailable)
- Ensuring compliance with any site-specific safety requirements
- Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the work
6. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects in welding workmanship but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Modifications made by others after our work is completed
- Failure of materials not supplied by us
- Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlaws Mobile Welding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage to equipment or property not directly caused by our negligence
- Loss of business, profits, or operational downtime
8. Safety and Compliance
All welding work is performed in accordance with:
- Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards
- Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC) regulations
- Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) requirements where applicable
- Occupational Health and Safety regulations
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency calls that are cancelled after we have mobilized may be charged a minimum call-out fee.
10. Emergency Services
24/7 emergency services are available for urgent repairs. Emergency rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday calls. We will discuss pricing before beginning emergency work whenever possible.
11. Intellectual Property
Any custom designs, drawings, or fabrication plans created by Outlaws Mobile Welding remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use the completed work as intended but may not reproduce our designs for commercial purposes without permission.
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Saskatchewan before pursuing legal action.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Saskatchewan.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
